Edward leads Peter, Max and Thomas to the way of the "Promised Land". As an unknown light shines towards them, all four of them rush towards it, wondering what could be there. Was it something magical? Something legendary? Well, it was none of those things! It was... a fast food restaurant?
E: We made it! I can't believe we've made it!
P: ...so, this is the "Promised Land" you've been telling us all about?
M: I'm confused, Edward. This just looks like a fast food establishment. I was kind of expecting something more fantastical.
E: Aww, com'on, guys! We've made it just in time! You see, the--
T: Wait just a damn minute. You mean to tell me that we've walked all this way through a forest, nearly got our asses kicked by the locals, spent all of our allowance money on public transportation, and all we get is a trip to a fast food joint???
E: Yes, but there's something special about it! Unlike the Burger Bros. we have closest to us, this particular location has more to offer.
T: Nothing looks special about it, Edward! It's just Burger Bros.!
M: For once, I have to agree with Thomas, here. We wasted a trip coming here, and it'll be quite the journey back home if we're low on cash.
E: ...
P: Wait a minute. Let's not blame Edward here. He meant well when trying to take us out somewhere. Let's give him a chance.
T: In case you haven't been paying attention, Peter, we travelled miles to get here! We are broke, meaning we can't grab a bite to eat or pay the bus drive to take us back home. Heh, I wonder if this place is so special that it'll magically grant our wishes in getting us free food and a free bus ride without anymore trouble.
M: He raises a good point. What's the point of coming here if we haven't any money?
E: I didn't mean for us to go through that mess. I just wanted us to have fun for once. We're always having to deal with these robots-alien things that keep threatening Earth, so I thought a day away from it all would be a nice treat.
M: I appreciate the kindness, Edward, but this whole trip was anything but that.
T: Yeah, it's nice and all, but it still doesn't excuse the fact that we're broke.
P: Well, I would say that, Thomas. I still have most of my allowance.
M: I only have is $2 and a measly penny. Is that enough?
T: So, everyone except Peter over here spent money on the bus rides we had to take?
P: It was only a matter of time when I realized that I came prepared. I can treat all of us!
T: Oh! Uhhh... thanks!
M: Thank you, Peter!
E: Thank you, Peter. You truly are a friend!
P: You're the friend here, Edward. Now let's see what's so special here! You have one shot to redeem yourself. ;)
