As it’s the month of Halloween, I have gone back to drawing pictures of characters dressed up in costumes. For this picture, I drew Katz (from Courage the Cowardly Dog) as Freddy Krueger. Given his actions throughout the show, it’s safe to call him a serial killer. It just makes sense how he would dress up as a slasher villain. Enjoy!
