Revamp-tober Day 3: Ocean
For October I'm challenging myself to take an old OC who needs a redesign or just some attention and giving them a fresh new look! See the full prompt list here!
Day 3: Ocean
I couldn't settle on a character for this one so I revamped two!
On the left is Sevan, I really liked him when I first made him but after a while I felt like his design just looked a bit off to me. Got rid of the weird anemone neck fluff and tweaked his markings so he didn't look quite as sickly. His character remains the same otherwise- a merman who is the reluctant star of the local seaside aquarium and who really just wants to see the rest of the world outside his tank.
On the right we have Octoprincess. Not much to her preexisting character other than the design itself- her one old reference is literally the only thing I ever did with her. She gives me Mario world princess vibes. I mostly just tweaked some of the little details of her dress, but I honestly kind of regret getting rid of the starfish belt? Idk I might bring it back if I draw her again!
