This unidentified vintage Ford has a beautifully appointed dashboard with plenty of chrome to love. I apologize for not having more info, but I think we can agree that it looks gorgeous.
Looking at the radio, it has the usual AM radio frequency scale on the right. But what is that on the left-hand side? Volume, perhaps? If you know for certain, please clue me in with a comment below.
UPDATE: Thanks to Ollie-N3647Q, I think I can say with some confidence that this is a 1947 or 1948 Ford Super Deluxe.

It does look like a volume indicator... Models back then had various little trinkets to show how advanced they were. my dad had a Buick with a speedometer that was a slide bar. At about 35MPH it began turning yellow from green with the yellow coming up from the bottom. At about 65MPH it began turning red.

See what you think: Dashboard and controls of 1950 Ford Station Wagon.
Found it - Ford Zenith Adjust-o-matic - https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/zenit.....ust_o_mat.html
If I'm not mistaken, the left-side dial on the radio in this 1950 Ford Deluxe Station Wagon is a volume control.
Not only does this car have the optional radio, but also a heater (the grey box below the dash) and a spotlight; I see the chrome spotlight handle just above the fuel gauge on the left. For a Ford from this era, this one is very nicely equipped.
