Although, if it's against the AUP, then I'd rather avoid it.
I found holes in it though - you can't upload video, but what about ripped off audio of the video? It must not be copyrighted, but you can post things as long as they are creative enough and are different than the original. Pitch shifting is not creativity, but stretching, timing and sound effects are.
I could get banned from youtube for posting the same thing, but not from FA.
