To be fair, the transparency was because they are halfway between the twisting nether and the physical world. If I remember my lore right they don’t live as long becaues they eventually fade completely. The blue dragon in Outland was trying to figure out a way to stop this if I remember. Though I don’t know any recent lore, hav’t played in a bit.
