This one is TRW, I strongly believe - US GI(because of trigger group and selector). This buch also include Winchester, Springfield,H&R, so I guess I'm right

Yes, definitely USGI rifle, with the typical mix of parts during arsenal rebuilds.

TRW is considered one of the better M14 manufactures, especially their barrels and op rods.
