I was in a voice chat with four other people when the artist sent me the finished version of this. They made fun of me for squeaking so loudly. :3

Meet Rhian - an Electric/Dark-type Jolteon born to a mother who didn't know any better than to get overly friendly with a Sableye. Their incompatibility led to genetic corruption in their daughter, and Rhian was born...let's call it "not the healthiest of Eevees".

Rhian is at all times generating positive and negative electric currents in opposition to each other. She has an astounding measure of control over them, but can't stop them entirely. Be careful when touching her, because if you catch her off-guard, you will be electrocuted for your trouble.

She is NOT amenable to random touching, and is quick to run away as soon as someone approaches unless they take it very slow. Despite her anxiety, though, she is not cruel or unfriendly; those who are close to her claim her to be the greatest friend they've ever had.
