Buck Brothers: Gold Star Mother's Day (9/24/23)
Today in the Vexillological Corner...
The 24th of September commemorates the Gold Star Mothers that support heroes to be gold star families.
There are two forms of the flag called the Service Flag, which the star is horizontal, whether blue or gold or containing how many stars are on the flag. The Service Banner is the type of banner that hangs at a home of the gold star mother's birthplace or place they lived in.
I did two of the flags, and unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to draw the Service Banner and the "Lest They Be Forgotten Flag" designed by Greg Garvey due to studying English.
This is the best that I can commemorate this day.
