Meanbeard! I love his fursona and he made some very kind comments on my artwork. So I decided to draw it. But I thught, since a captain needs a trusting second-in-command and since Meanbeard is a friend of Bobbuffalo 
Bob Buffalo, who too made some really sweet and nice comments on my artworks I decided to put the two guys together!

Thank you my friend. This is a wonderful gift and I know I love it and the title as well. Takes me back to one of the good old says when one could be fee to roam the seas in search of high adventure. And having my loving son at my side would only make the time on the seas that much more of a grand adventure. Thank you Gentlebull for doing this for us. *Hug* I can feel the sea on my bare chest you done so great a job. And Bob looks so handsome there as well. Many thanks!!
