I said it before and I'll say it again: This is a wonderfully creative way to start a nagaTF, with so much extra torso length. Honestly, this is how a naga-change would happen, anatomically speaking.
But then again, the way the foot is extending into a tail is more in the school of flesh-crafting instead of pure anatomical growth.
