So his species are planet conquering goo aliens that look like axolotls. Every since his birth, people knew that he was an odd one. Too happy all the time. He, like everyone, is forced to go through military style training in order to become planet scouters and conquerors. He not only managed to fail, but preformed the lowest out of his entire fleet. His captain decided to give him a "special mission." He was sent to Earth in his space ship and they left him stranded there.

His suit is equipped with general and defensive mechanisms, including scanners, weapons, and camouflage techniques. Their species are known for their small stature, being around 3-4ft. Their suits, which are controlled by the user, are designed to be durable and withstand a multitude of scenarios.
