The doughy flesh was surprisingly pliable, Seyr found with a displeased surprise as his fingers sunk deep within his soft middle. Peering down past his unnaturally large chest, the heaping handful of flab bunched up where he grabbed it, falling against his thighs with a smack as he released, causing him to wince, squeezing it as he idly released a low soft belch. His eyes peer lazily towards you in annoyance with a bored expression on his face.

Also I tried deepening the darkness of the shadows and making the highlights slightly brighter for this pic. Hopefully that makes it look better!
