In my youth I learned the hard way that this can happen to guys, what happens when this is not treated (I hot lucky there) and most importantly, how much this HURTS.

We were on a two-day trip and on the morning of the second day I woke with some pain, which only got worse. Staying off the Autobahn (our Highways), I felt every bump in the road, so we cut the trip short. In the evening my mother called a local specialist who did a house call he didn't have to do on a Sunday and shortly afterwards I was on the operating table.
Only the day after I was told what I barely avoided. The evening before I couldn't have listened from the pain.
All I can say is this. If your balls hurt for no reason and the pain gets worse and worse? Go to a doctor, NOW.
