Discord. Anarchy. Pandemonium. There are many names for the force that consistently affects every single thing in the universe, but one is most recognizable above all others: Chaos.
This is Chaos.
Her job is to prevent any one being from becoming so powerful that they are a threat to the universe, and she does it by creating chaos in any way she pleases, making the path forward difficult or creating enemies for her victim. Her actions may seem despicable to the few, but in reality they are always beneficial to the lives of the many.

Eventually. She does like to have a little fun on the way there, though...
