Historia Chronici - Mu
Originally an undersea and islander civilization of feuding tribes predating Chymeria, on arrival of the Fae Kingdom in their waters opened trade, cooperation, and a mix of interbreeding with and experimentation by the Fae. Post disappearance of Chymeria the Dukedoms fell into feuding again and abandoned the surface islands to seafaring mortals. Their influences can be seen in the east Asian and west coastal American civilizations, particularly art styles.

Most Muite faeries are bound by a pact to not breach the surface.
