Guess who's back cooking food again? Yup, my mom. Well, I helped her our with the preparations while wpshe did the cooking, and you too cannery ti do it too! Here's what you're going to need:
3 medium potatoes
1 large onion
6 eggs
Add salt and pepper for seasoning
Cooking oil
Opt:
Some shredded cheese
Hot sauce
How to make:
First peel and slice all your potatoes and onion as thin as you can get them to be
Deep fry your potatoes until golden brown before you toss in yiur onion to make them golden brown too. Strain the two ingredients to let them cool first.
Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, along with salt and pepper to taste, before whisking altogether. Toss in the cooled potatoes and onion to cover them.
In a large pan, gently pour the mixture into the pan, ensuring the potatoes and onion are spread evenly. Cooked at low heat for 10 minutes with the pan covered to trap in heat.
After 10 minutes, flip the whole thing and cook for another 5 minutes (hack, glide the whole omelette onto a plate and place the pan over the plate. Flip the whole thing over and it'll cook the other side).
After that, kill the heat and cover the pan with the plate, flip them over, and serve with yiur garnish of choice!
