So, the theme for  Canfurence this year was 'Fire & Ice', with  o-kemono,  Soryane, and  DarkBunnySauces as guests. When I went to get a commission from  Soryane, I decided to play with the theme. Jenora's element is definitely fire (or plasma), and while Sara's element isn't normally ice (tends more towards electricity) she's pretty flexible when it comes to what she's working with, so ice is workable.

Given that I've long joked that Sara and Jenora are basically left-brain/right-brain parts of me (Sara being the logical/technical side, Jenora being the friendly/artistic side), having the two of them both in respective superhero outfits (as Skunkworks and Jadestar) and elements and smirking at each other was... honestly something I'm wondering why I never asked for it to be drawn before. The result is just perfect.

(I didn't even notice at first just how much the starfield design on Jadestar's was definitely a starfield with the variation in colours and brightnesses, but I love that little bit. It's odd what little details sometimes catch my attention.)
