Hello there guys n girls!

If this post unlocked for you, it means you have reached the for now last page of Tainted Hearts, page 106. The story of Tainted Hearts still has a lot to be told, and I totally want to do so, but not at the current time, so I am sending Tainted Hearts to a hiatus of unknown time.

Reason for that, and I hope you can understand, is that I´ve been drawing wolves since 2 decades, did hundreds of commissions and the comic, I burnt myself and my fun on drawing them down to the grounds where art didn´t even feel that much fun anymore. 2021 then I started the webcomic The Devils Demons and from that point on found SO much joy back with art since dinosaurs are going off my hand much smoother and with so much fun. This de-balanced so much that whenever I had to work on Tainted Hearts pages I got sad, turnt super slow and in general discouraged to work on it, which is sad since the story is real good and had been polished for 10 years!

This decision was hard to make because of many reasons, one was you guys! You Patreon supporters help me survive and being able to create webcomics aside of working on commissions, a decrease of supporters could mean bad for my everyday life. Another reason was letting go of a comic I have been working on for 3 years almost constantly, I love my characters in it and their developement, thus sure will get back to the comic someday, when my fun on drawing wolves has restored and gives me joy again.
I won´t leave you hanging though, don´t worry. As the picture gives it away already, the moment the wolves go for hiatus, there will be DYTEN stepping in!

Dyten was planned a year ago as a Patron only comic, it soon showed though that managing 3 comics at once didn´t work, not with Patreon being a side- and not a main income yet. I slowly replaced the benefits of Dyten with stuff like merch and custom sketches. NOW it´s time for Dyten to step back up for real.
The story of Dyten has been reworked, characters got a little touch up and the pages are already being worked on.
The story of Dyten will be a different one from the wolves and the TDD gang, being more bloody and adult themed, containing shapeshifters, beasts, dinosaurs in armors to hunt those beasts and gods who play a wicked game.
The upload shedule will basically stay the same, the time TH would come, there will be Dyten pages instead. So in 2 weeks from this moment, you will instead of a TH page get a Dyten page. Patrons will still be able to read 6 pages ahead of everyone else who is no Patron, the Patrons in already, have seen into Dyten already 🙂
There is no change to the TDD upload shedule either.

I hope you guys can understand my decision and that I don´t loose you as my supporters and readers because of it. Dyten will be a real interesting story too and gives me currently far more joy to work on as dinosaurs turnt into my fulltime passion within the last 2 years! And that´s what webcomics should be about, a passion to tell and work on ❤️
