It looks like Lof found a way to improve his reputation among the local human community, thanks to his superior size and strength. Who knows, this may be a good way to find the small and adorable human boyfriend he so passionately dreams about! :P

Indigenous is derived from the Latin word indigena, meaning "sprung from the land, native"
So yes, the humans of that region should not be compelled to change their cultural traditions or customs to cater to Lof's foreign sensitivities.
It's on Lor to at least wear a fundoshi (or something along those lines).
And the same would also be true for any humans living in Lof's land. Taking into account degrees of comfort based on their upbringing (they might not be comfortable with the casual nudity, but some sort of fundoshi/loincloth would show they're willing to adapt to his people's way of doing things.

Yay! The best boi finally caught a break! Even if he doesn't find a partner here, hopefully he starts to make some human friends/pack mates.
His expression is just so adorable here. Makes him look very approachable (and huggable). I think I've mentioned it before as well, but I love the cultural design you made for Lof's people. But I don't want to even imagine how long it takes to braid all those little tufts all over his body.
