The old dragon in a cave scenario never gets old. As for the image itself, the lady looks bothered but not afraid which makes me wonder what the context is.

The Cave itself looks ominous much like how a cave normally would and I like how you look like you can see the water and the moisture in it.

The dragon itself looks quite scary, if a bit dull eyed in a way that makes it look like a mere beast. Its design is amazing though, I love how you can see that claw tips of its wings and how it's horns glint and reach back in the lighting it's creating.

That's also an amazing take on a breath weapon that looks like it's about to fired and gives off the impression that there's a fireball in the Dragons maw
