Written while I'm broken down and trying to build back up.

Ignorance, rejection,
Feeling condescension
Can't grab your attention
Not worth a small mention
A shell of my former me
Is it true to what I see?
In the mirror, is it thee?
I need a change, this stage is pre
Can't achieve ascension
In my heart there is tension
Enough of this dejection
I need to transform: henshin
A hardened mind I must achieve
An open heart, so I'll succeed
It's hard to do, I need to believe
It's easy to make, but hard to perceive
But knowing me, I tend to break
For all I am and my words are fake
I need to rebuild, and recreate
No matter the risk, it's one I must take
A new me, it must be made
The previous form, it needs to fade
Reborn am I, from out of the shade
A sullen form, I will forbade
The new form of me I will be proud of
My mood and pride needs to fly like a dove
With my guiding friends, I will act above
My former form; it died. I'm renewed with love
