Tamapomipom: Fey ranger, swarmkeeper and speaker for The Union

Topping out at 3 feet tall, when a collection of tiny nature spirits found her lost in the feywild they adopted her as their company Giant and spokesperson.

When industrialized cities were built over the feywild she called home she was pushed towards society and finding a way to provide for herself and her nature spirits. Fey creatures are very chaotic, but the little guys were quick to understand labor organizing and formalized themselves as a union. Tama is also considered part of it, but her personal vote is easily overwhelmed by the swarm if they have disagreements. All combat powers she's gained from their presense are strictly dictated by the terms of their contract and they refuse to break them or do a single action outside the scope of this contract. Her leveling up and gaining new powers is essentially her negotiating a better deal with them. Outside of combat, the little guys handle much of the gruntwork of building while Tama handles the public facing aspects like making contracts and handling money. People arent keen to work with fey labor, so she often has many company front names to hide the fact that youre making deals with fairies until its too late. They're not malicious, but sometimes they want to get some benefits from the deals too. Thats what puts her on the party's experimental airship. She answered a call to make precisely machined little cogs and components and hid a clause in the contract that they could stowaway on board once complete. She delivered as always, but the crew werent too happy to find her camping out in the cargo hold until she produced the contract and showed she had a sort of diplomatic immunity. Oh well, having people who can service tiny mechanisms that are a challenge for full sized engineers is useful anyways, and they arent opposed to more work.

The little nature spirits speak and obscure dialect of sylvan that is incomprehensible to anyone else except Tama (and maybe other fey creatures?). It consists of simple sounds and has a bouncy rhythm to it

In battle she plays her instrument and sings/chants orders for the army over top of marching drum esque beats

Often the song goes in a call and response format with her making the call and the little guys repeating it back as they carry out the orders sounding something like

TAMARAMA POM POMI POM PI PON
PAMARAMA POM POMI TA MI PON

That intermixed with fanatical shouts and warcries from the little spear wielding spirits. Its really not a quiet affair at all
