Quad Anthros can often get away without wearing clothing, but the fact is that clothing is incredibly useful. So they tend to have as many options as a bipedal anthro. Allen is no exception.

Even Allen has his limits and will fully suit up when the winter weather becomes extreme. Being closer to the ground reduces the amount of windchill he is exposed to.
