Hee-Ho, howdy everyone! Looks like I'll be posting two things today this time around! I have a massive backlog of stuff, and especially for mandrake lore... So why not give you something else from Cycle 9 as well? This time it's a full redesign of Lady Izadore! Or well... For the most part, I found the original design of her much too uninteresting and it did not even remotely display or get across her more ecstatic and caring nature for the monsters and creatures of Planet Materia. That and it's meant to contrast with Commander Proto's much dourer attitude towards researching the beasts of the planet. Although as we can see... Thomza isn't the fondest of getting picked up, (probably because she's going to force him to take a bath again.) Her being one of the "Tall Ones" that is described in Cycle 9 and that the Mandrakes talk about. However, there is a very distinct alien language barrier between them. She is also the one to give Thomza's nickname of "Bitey" and also... Yes, she's an Elf!

Thomza is without a memory of being a god, the mighty Tiamat rests in an almost eternal sleep, and many heroes are created during this time period. The gods are all resting as the mortals rise and the race for immortality and adventure has just begun!
