They are hanging in there.
It is difficult to come up with personality-driven fan art gags with them since Hocus and Pocus appeared late in the Get Along Gang product run and there weren't any official character descriptions given about them.
Hocus and Pocus appeared in a Gang coloring book "On With The Show" and Pocus appeared in an offical American Greetings-made greeting card. There were Hocus and Pocus stuffed dolls promoted by the Tomy Company in a catalog but I'm not sure if they were ever manufactured and sold in stores. Little Hocus and Pocus plastic figurines were sold in the UK where the Gang toy line lasted a few years longer than in the US.
I could try to develop some personality traits on my own behind Hocus and Pocus that the other Get Along Gang kids would not most likely have.
Hocus Hare could demonstrate a zany wild side on and off stage that the other Gang girls might not have. Pocus Possum could take his performances a little too seriously at times enough for Hocus to bring him crashing back to reality.
