Low-calorie doesn't have to be boring. A simple egg white omelette will do. Here's what I used.
Egg Whites
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper (optional)
Pico de Gallo
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Soy Sauce (or hot sauce)
1. Heat up the non-stick pan first.
2. Mix egg whites with pico de gallo, (crushed red pepper), salt, and pepper in bowl.
3. Pour mixture in pan.
4. Add shredded cheese on egg.
5. Once egg whites are fully cooked or close to it, fold the egg over.
6. Serve on plate.
7. Top with soy sauce (or hot sauce if you prefer).
