Mixing the flavors can make something amazing! Something I’ve enjoyed in a restaurant is bacon with maple syrup and some chili powder - salty bacon, sweet syrup, and just a little spicy makes the flavors pop!

......god you made me think about a video I saw onece where a dude said "you can enjoy t-bone, chocolate, and even vinagre on your salads, but if one day you decide to fry your meat with only vinagre and then cover it with chocolate you won't enjoy any of those flavors, even if they are your most favorites"
...but if you say its possible I'd believe it X3

Often there’s a balancing act to the flavors, and some don’t work out. But, it can be fun to find a new combination to enjoy!
