The Queen of Water makes her nest within her Castle at the bottom of the sea, within the lost city of Atlantis, a place devoid of war and suffering so long as Shaire did what Draco wanted. She is a kind hearted dragoness, innocent, and loving. She loves humans almost more than her late husband, Flous Oceanwave. She hates that Draco forces her to attack humans constantly, and she only helps him because he saved her life when they were children and he called in the favor. She fell in love with Draco on that day, but due to their families being different species and even different Elements, they were forbidden from being alone with each other. She cries in her chambers each night as she curls around her egg, ever since Draco killed her husband, though he denies it, and prays for the day that the chosen hero comes to end her suffering, even with the help of her childhood friend Lissoth, the pain remained. Shaire is the second Dragon King that Zane encounters on his journey.
