Blue Ringed Octopus Dragon For @ObsinBrightclaw
I designed this character for ObsinBrightclaw as a revenge attack. I took some of their favorite things, and turned it in to a character for them. Such as their favorite color combos, their favorite species [Dragons in general], and a deep sea prompt they had. I was thinking it could be a deep dwelling water version of a Chinese Dragon.
