One of my many anthro dinosaur characters from a sci-fi based universe. Luci is basically the main villain to my guys in OUST (Outer-Universal System Travelers) as the secret leader of a rivalling dimension research agency... His plans are to take over more than simple "research" unfortunately for them and for whoever gets in his path.
