Destroy their outposts, free the ones trapped inside, and make these monsters pay!" ~Captain PiK

Hee-Ho, howdy everyone! Today I bring you an ENTIRE Faction rework. I felt like Angel-Tech, despite being around for several years in my setting needed a desperate re-work and touch up. Hence the new updated design of their basic grunt soldier, weapon, and even mannerisms. So this rework has been under the hood for a while, and now it's finally released! Or at least, part one that is... Don't worry I'm not changing absolutely everything about the faction, but much of it will be touched up. So! With this rework, there's also going to be some information on them that will be soon later expanded upon at a later date although this is an "abridged" version of some of it.

Angel-Tech is a massive group of humanity that "Fell from Grace" during their Golden Age of ruling much of the known universe. One day however, their augments stopped working and became soon incompatible with humankind. The machine rejected the flesh of the humans, abandoning them as many other alien races took the stage for galactic conquest and humanity was shunned, defeated and even outcasted. Soon they would form together and form "Angel-Tech" wanting the best for humanity and making sure it comes first in every single scenario there is. (A reminder that these guys are one of the various "antagonist" factions in the setting.) Here they would be ruled by "The Wise Ones" ancient humans who are still blessed with augmentations from before their time. Thousands of years would pass before the "A.I War" also known as the "War of Love" would strike the universe, shattering the Plantaran Republic and many other small factions in its wake. With the Republic kicked down, Angel-Tech saw its chance for galactic conquest once again. Ensuring that the aliens will be punished for not falling under their rule or protection. The same goes with many "Alien Sympathizer" factions of humanity that would soon wage war with Angel-Tech with them firing the first shot.

Now Angel-Tech demands complete control of the universe and will release it from any God, Alien, Monster or even other Humans who do not fall under their banner. Angel-Tech with its mighty control and powerful fist over humanity would wage battle and sending billions to their end for conquest. Only once they believe the universe has been purified of all "evil" will there be peace. Angel-Tech refuse to follow any form of the galactic laws put into place such as the outlawing of various planet-cracking weapons, soulless A.I technology, and even utilizing brand-new technology to help win their wars. Here in this illustration, we have the basic grunt soldier of the Angel-Tech Armada, "Diamond Wings" These soldiers are equipped with the most basic armor set of Angel-Tech, this being the hardened plastic and fiber armor to help protect against blunt damage weaponry. However, the plastic seems to melt and be pierced through more sophisticated laser weapons if not stopped by the unique fiber-armor mesh that lays underneath. Their helmet gives them a helpful heads-up display so they can fire at will much more efficiently and aiming from the hip is optional. Their basic weapon despite having blue highlights is in fact a laser weapon and is not to be confused with plasma weaponry of the setting. The basic grunt will get 2 months of simulated training at most before being shipped off to the greater fleets of the Diamond Wings.
