i love Frijir's expression it really suits the mood *^.^*
well, can't blame the little guy for feeling a bit left out but heartbroken but... meh, kids will always be kids. they'll get over it soon enough and Frijir is back to his old self again.
Nina even went behind her father's back to go and play with Frijir, i think that says a lot about how much she cares about him.
i am also rather surprised about hte first panel, i really thought they were going to fight it out... but Frijir actually did the smart thing and turn away. that really impressed me and i am all the more eager to read more and see how else his character develops.

But are these feelings genuine love? Is it just the childish closeness of two friends? Or is Ash's mind is affected by whatever power struggle going on inside Nina's crystal?
Regardless, Firjir is heartbroken, no doubt he intended to tell her that himself... eventually.

hmms ohw you read her reply to ash it sounds more like the "i love you as a friend" type i love you but to hear it after wanting to say it ot her is kinda earth shattering XD yet also fault on firjir part jumping to conclusions on a single act kindness and friendship in earlyer panels. i mean it can go eather way righ tnow. but im seeing the first option h appening more.
I like what you've done so far. You throw a lot of suspense into your comics, and a few side plots as well. What I like the most is how you don't keep to comic norms, you throw your own twists and turns regardless of what others may think, and you don't hold back, not to mention you show the psychological side of your characters really well. That's just my opinion on your comic based on what I've seen so far.
