Description: Taffy is the owner of the bakery Rainbow Strawberry in Sun City Pangororia. He little sweet pokemon that create some beautiful frosting art. It was his bakery's kitchen that he let Yuri the Pansage, Zhao the Pansear, and Ness the Pampour use to make Meow Cake that won them the Bake Festive this year. He was a bit jelly of said meow cake. While he is most offend cheerful and friendly unless if you waste or ruin food around him then he will become quite an angry spirit. Some may find it odd but he like to sleep in a tummy. He a ghost type he can reform if he need to.
