I turned 21 recently and what's the best thing to get when you're a grown adult? A train table of course!

My family surprised me for my birthday with a Thomas table they found from Facebook marketplace. the table came with Molly, Ferdinand, and Harold (all shown on the layout) among some other Thomas odds and ends. they also got me the roundhouse and conductor's shed from another seller on FB (also shown).

Once i got the table put together, I got to work putting together a track layout on it. as someone who never had a train table but played on a few in stores throughout my life, I'm very happy to have one at long last.

I also got some more things for my birthday, some of which came from ebay and are still in transit. I'll be sure to show off what all else i got once those things arrive. until then, i'll be playing on the tracks of my new train table.
