Suddenly, an outlaw Weavile by the name of Nebelung comes from the shadows and steals an expedition badge from one of the Shaymin Bros wandering in the woods--much to his surprise, however--the Shaymin Bros were looking exactly for this wanted outlaw!
Now, it's up to Nebelung and his wacky capabilities as element of surprise to stop the Shaymin Brothers from catching him! (And adding Shaynis' badge to his hidden collection we will not speak of...because it's hidden.)
