Chuong: Captain Cosmo was close to being excommunicated when he whined about his country being banned from the Olympics over their state-sponsored doping program. Just an FYI. But he's doing good now since Leonid took over Russia.
Mechayote: I forgot to say that carrying out Museveni's anti-homosexual orders would warrant at least a $250,000 fine. Battle Bull of course, like Frank with him, refused to enforce it as that's a blatant violation of human rights. Using violent force against the mob also warrants such a fine hence Frank and Battle Bull did the right thing by letting their mobs attack their own leaders over the leaks.
Frank S.: That and protecting and caring for Lyle was important anyways. The sanctions did hurt our economy and limited our military imports a lot so we decided it wasn't worth using military resources to stop the mob. Now that Lyle is our President, the sanctions are lifted and we're prosperous again, even though Lyle lives like he always has from the beginning.

Super C: That was indeed the closest I had ever gotten to kicking somebody out, given he was constantly whining, whereas Leonid just had the one meltdown and then stopped. I felt that since he had a good track record like the others did, I'd give him one last chance.
Drummer Dog 1: The man who got fired for asking if we dogs were also going to play "The Rogue's March" was apparently somebody who once worked for the National Enquirer, which, as everybody knows, no longer exists because all the tabloids (except People Magazine) went out of business forever when Leo got elected. He admitted that he wanted to see scandals happen because, as he put it, "that's what sells papers and magazines." Now not even fast food will accept him. He's finished.
Drummer Dog 2: What's worse is that his wife divorced him and won custody of the kids.
Super C: These are the people my next-door neighbor says deserve to spend the rest of their lives wearing an orange jumpsuit and picking up trash along the side of the road, but maybe that's a little too judgmental.
