Voolvif Monn: Do you remember the battle of Muunilinst in the Outer Rim? - After fierce fighting we could force the Banking-Clan into submission. You can´t possibly have forgotten that!

Oh whoa...I don't know why but I thought Voolvif was your character, but of course I did leave room for it being an official material character but didn't really...lean on that much because most alien races in Star Wars look butt ugly, which is fine, but that's definitely one reason why I dun like Star Wars. But at least I know there's some anthropomorphic characters from what the first search option you gave me showed me!
As for the second one I didn't get much, just a few screenshots, the closest being that I saw a table with a buncha guys sitting at it, and the table itself looks like a cog or gear.
I think Region Locking is dumb, but its also possible that the wikia's pictures just aren't workin' right. I could be wrong, because the same thing should be said for me being able to access the 4 Square Koma from Pokésho! But yet I can for some reason, and that's a Japanese Fan Site that is actually the same site that houses the legendary Fan Game that is a Pokémon Fighting Game like King of Fighters or Street Fighter! The "Pokémon Type: Wild" Fighting Game! I think Lucario might be your "Shoto" character. I could be wrong though.
Fighting Game Terminology:
A "Shoto" when it comes to Fighting Game terminology means a character has a horizontally traversing Projectile, a floating kick move that also travels horizontally but stops at a certain point, and a jumping Uppercut with a small amount of horizontal travel. The most basic bitch-ass kit you can have in a fighting game. -v-
Shoto may also include "normals" that are very honest. "Normals" means your buttons with no movement/command input, which are Punches and Kicks of varying strengths, these usually deal absolutely no damage if they're blocked, with special attacks like the titular "Hadouken" dealing very small chip damage when blocked.
Now if you're playing Mortal Kombat where you have a manual block button instead of just pressing the opposite direction of the opponent or just known as "Back", everything does chip damage, sort of a give and take when it comes to how the defensive mechanics of some games work.

But yeah, I shouldn't be able to access Pokésho's 4 Cell Comics at all if Region Locking is an issue!

It could be possible, that you can not see posts, that have a mature content filter on them. Some of my comic pages, that show blood or rather brutal scenarios have them. You can switch your watcher status in your profile, to be able to see mature content, if you so chose or if you are of the required age.
Thanks much for the compliment.

I've fallen behind a bit with comments, so will be covering the three latest pages here if that's okay and overall just wanted to say that your work with them continues to be thoroughly impressive and the story an exciting and enthralling ride. Particular highlights being the panelling for the flashback sequences, as well as the homages to the original Clone Wars series.
Another dynamic action sequence seeing Voolvif Monn the warrior, with some excellently drawn Geonosians and that little turn of his head and expression when he meets his pack, being highlights for page 56, while for page 58 another good homage with your own take on the ice planet scenario, as well as his wonderfully expressive face in the lower panel, and of course the plaid pants making another appearance.
This page I think would narrowly be my favourite of the three, Voolvif's pose and stoic but fierce expression in the top panel and also another costume for him with the black robe in the bottom panel.
The dialogue as well continues to impress with Voolvif's earnest and impassioned speech, though we'll have to wait and see if it'll make a difference.
