I just relax in the maw of Soro, a friend of mine. In April I met a few VRC beans in NEOS and got to know more beans there, but overall it's kinda empty in comparison to VRC.
Also I think that it's easier to make pretty shots in VRC, more than in NEOS. Still NEOS possibilities are very cool!

Also if you like VR and you're into size-stuff or vore, NEOS is the thing. I nearly met noone in NEOS that said vore isn't something for them or at least interesting. I met a few...but it's more likely you bump into kinksters than not. NEOS is a playground both with kinks and with creativity, cuz no limitations xD
VRC is more a social chillzone :3
