This one's Ruckus, one of Stew-Meat's cronies and one of the best Street Ballers in the county. He and his little brother like to bully and harass the main characters Mikey and Pellan over anything trivial that they can think of. Since Stew-Meat's rich, he has effectively bought out Ruckus' services as a friend by giving him all the high end basketball gear he needs to show off on the court.

Will be refining him this week, along with five other characters.
