The predictable avalanche of fanart and YouTube thumbnails of Elephant Mario sucked out my excitement to doodle his strapping new personage (for now), so I instead turned to the first creature shown to take my heart, and also the third. Fourth? I lost count fast. I wish I were a speedier fanartist though. The announcement is more than 24 hours old by now! That's online prehistory!
