Here is Experiment 14 with her Tail Charger, unlike a real wolf her tail detatches and is the connection that charges her batteries, the charger remains connected to the power socket but Experiment 14 can walk around freely when not charging. Experiment 14 will not move during charging until she's disconnected.

If her batteries reach 5%, Experiment 14 will go into a low power state until she's connected to her charger, her functions are limited at 5%.
