While Arthur is a very laid back and friendly fellow, don't break rules in his library rapidly and/or with intent, because he will put his foot down, possibly literally. Here was one such example.
A hooligan decided to try and annoy some other patrons, who were simply minding their own business. Mary and Miranda got word of this thanks to a regularly-visiting patron letting them know, and they then told Arthur. He did not hesitate and swiftly gobbled the hooligan up. They panicked and squirmed crazily, as all the regular patrons of Arthur's library were familiar with the sight of him swallowing someone up. He belched, and then went back to his office to relax some and let the troublemaker think he was going to digest them, which he was not.
They were, for sure, gonna have a long stay in the detention room, however.
A slightly older pic, but finally got around to posting it. And its some more Arthur noms, although this isn't a friend, as stated above. He won't hurt them, just let them panic for a while.
