Now, do they use the wool? On one hand, it's presumably no different from regular wool, on the other hand, most people would shy away from using human hair, and I imagine that might still apply. Though I do have an image of a mom with two kids, one a sheep hybrid, the other a non-hybrid, and she uses the sheered wool to make the non-hybrid woolen hats, much to the displeasure of both children.
