Another easy to make, mega tasty dish from "The Doorm Room Chef"
SarinFox using the versitile Burrito.
The is one of my personal favorite dorm room recipes. I use a George Foreman grill but, if you don't have one, a lot of college campuses have charcoal grill boxes, usually on or near the campus lawn or other open areas
(Makes 4 burritos)
Ingredients:
1/3 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins (that's about 3-4 tenderloins)
4 burrito sized flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (I use a mexican four cheese)
Medium taco sauce
Hot sauce (I use Crystal)
***NOTE*** When handling raw chicken, ALWAYS wash your hands after touching it to avoid contaminating your food
Instructions:
1: Put raw chicken on grill, spaced out slightly so you can turn them.
2: After about 5 minutes, flip chicken over.
3: Continue grilling till the chicken turns from pinkish and translucent to white and opaque. (about 5 minutes on each side). As you grill the chicken, drip the hotsauce on the up-facing side of the chicken. It will absorb slightly. Turn chicken and drop hot sauce on the other side. The sauce will be absorbed in as you grill. (Use as much or as little as you like)
4: Once the chicken is done grilling, cut it open to make sure it it cooked all the way through.
5: Cut chicken into roughly 1/4 inch cubes
6: Place 1 tenderloin's worth of chicken in each tortilla (each tenderloin is about 1/2-2/3 cups of chicken)
7: Sprinkle on about 1/4 cup of cheese
8: Pour taco sauce over the chicken and cheese then fold burrito
9: Place the folded burritos back on the grill and grill each side for about 2-3 minutes
10: ENJOY!!
*It can be a bitch to fold a burrito. Here's some help XD http://www.qdoba.com/Images/enthusi.....to-content.png
