Another Ref Sheet. You might know this guy already, because he has been showing up in some of my more recent uploads. This white fluffball is Poluky, a young Polar Bear with a few scars on his body, which -- let just get this out of the way immediately if it's on topic anyway -- he received when he was captured by zoo owners and put in one of the ramshackle cages on the property. They didn't treat him well at all, hitting him with a whip in order to tame him -- even though he wasn't that wild or ferocious to begin with -- and locking him up inside the stay, badly wounded, then straight-up abandoning the poor guy, leaving him all alone in his cage. It was only after he met a friendly Ant Eater named Sniper that he could escape, and run away together with his new friend.

Character Description --

❄️ Poluky was born and raised on the most West part of the North Pole, and has no brothers or sisters. He loves going on adventures, and experiencing new and exciting things along the way. After he one day lost his parents however, due to him being taken away by force by a group of North Pole explorers with the intention of shipping him to a zoo (which, at one point later in Poluky's life, did eventually end up happening to him), he was forced to continue his life without parental help -- even though Poluky knows his parents are alright, and are definitely being treated way better by the humans than he was. With the help of the goodhearted Ant Eater Sniper, he managed to escape the old zoo, and started his trek back to the place he was born. Despite being captured by humans being obviously terrible for him, Poluky does in fact like ending up in unknown places, and meeting new creatures, be they human or other animal species, to then go and explore said places. When it comes to helping out others though, he is often very shy, and is usually somewhat hesitant to jump into action whenever he has to make a daring decision, but he naturally does not mean any harm to anyone. He is often pointed out by others for being not that good of a direct helper, and this makes Poluky more vulnerable than he needs to be, doubting decisions he has made in the past, and this leads to him often feeling depressed or unsure of himself. But strangely enough, this doesn't impact any of his decisions made while in a pinch during his many adventures. Another side effect he gained from this, is that Poluky is longing to find a friend who really cares about him -- preferably a girlfriend, who could help him make better choices, and who would be there for him to travel the Poles, and play with him, and maybe even start a family of their own when they grow up, potentially ridding Poluky of his traumatic past.
