Similar to the Ball And Chain, only this one has a double restraint, the chain is a new metal that is strong to hold Grey's ankle along with the very heavy 800 Pound Ball. It's hard to pull it if you're strong enough. But each pull a goop is committed out of the balls mouth, inside the heavy ball is a contraption that can trigger the inside of the ball to let out the sticky fluid with one or many pulls. Eventually a large puddle will be made trapping the subject even more.
