Preview of someting i'm working on.
Now I think I should give him more belts and spikes to add the perfect amount of "Punk" to the drawing.
I was also thinking of drawing him with his pointy boots, but maybe drawing him barefoot would make him look more beastly or I don't know. The pose also feels weird, maybe should curve his arms more to show a "beastier stance" than an "iddle animation pose".
And finally, I've always drawn it with a palette of blue tones, but now I like this illustration with an orange one, it looks fiery, so I'll keep it that way.

Dude, this is fuckin' radical!! The rough texture of the lines and the low angle all add to this gorgeous imposing pose. You really get a sense he's looking down on you, and that, added to the angry look on his face, presses all the right buttons! Angry, mean looking felines are absolutely my weakness, hehe.
The red complements it quite well too, giving it a hellish tone. It certainly gives it quite the metal look, so perhaps a few more belts and spikes and subdued colors might tilt it more towards the "punk" aesthetic if that is what you're ultimately going for, but either way I'm sure it's going to look absolutely striking.
Great work, can't wait to see the final version!
