Kemaiu is a 24 year old koopa. Initially she was supposed to be a koopa kid but she's not a kid anymore. She's a bit thinner than bowser and a bit shorter. Who she was cloned from is a mystery. She has the powers of a koopa, definitely getting better with the breath (ice and fire). She's a caring lady.
