I adore the way the candlelight illuminates the character, the warm lighting really brings out his fur colors, and the way it shines through his hair with a warm glow and how it casts a peaceful warm light on all the books in the library behind- it is amazing!!! the candles themselves are so beautifully rendered, all the trickles of dripping wax and the flickering wild look of the fire... ASTONISHING! I also really love the shape of his hands and claws and the little shines on them! The sharp angular look of his eyes and how his pupils sit realistically further back along the curvature of the eye, that is a really nice set of details! I really love the way you draw eyes ahhhh~!!! the shine and shading is gorgeous! The texture of his jacket and the shape of the raised collar and the little snap-buttons on the shoulders I love them soooo much! >A< The contrast between the warm main lighting and the cool blue back lighting, is so appealing~! the fact that even the little floating sparkly particles change color depending on the lighting is amazing!!! And the book, gosh it's gorgeous! I love the way the pages fold and stack, the way the light passes through the page and casts shadows, and the shine on the book and the golden decorations on the cover and back- so much detail ;O;
